Service Agreement & Terms of Service
Diamond Touch Detailing · Murrieta, CA · Effective immediately
Section 1
Deposit Policy
- A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- The deposit is applied toward the total service cost.
- The deposit covers the cost of the reserved time slot.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances — including cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or no-shows.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking at our discretion.
Section 2
Pricing & Additional Charges
- All quoted prices are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and level of contamination.
- Heavily soiled, pet hair-filled, or excessively dirty vehicles may incur additional charges.
- Additional charges will be communicated before work begins when possible.
- By booking, the client agrees to pay the final amount as assessed by Diamond Touch Detailing upon completion of service.
- Final pricing is determined at time of service.
Section 3
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the full deposit with no exceptions.
- No-shows forfeit the full deposit and may be subject to a rebooking fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control — in such cases a full refund or credit will be issued.
Section 4
Liability Waiver
- Diamond Touch Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage, scratches, paint chips, dents, or other imperfections present on the vehicle prior to service.
- We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service.
- We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions including but not limited to: loose trim, worn paint, damaged seals, or oxidized surfaces.
- We use professional-grade products and techniques, but results may vary based on vehicle condition.
- The client acknowledges their vehicle is in acceptable condition for detailing services at the time of booking.
Section 5
Photo & Video Release
- Diamond Touch Detailing reserves the right to photograph and/or video record the vehicle before, during, and after service.
- These images may be used for quality control, liability documentation, and marketing/promotional purposes including social media.
- By booking a service, the client grants Diamond Touch Detailing full rights to use these images and videos for any business purpose.
- If you do not consent to your vehicle being photographed for marketing, you must notify us in writing before your appointment.
Section 6
Service Area
- We are a mobile service operating within approximately 25 miles of Murrieta, CA.
- Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service zone.
